Biographical Summary
Pearson kicked off his career as an engineer at the venerable Texas Instruments in the 1980s. After five years, he moved on to Compaq computer, where he spent nearly a decade in software development. In 1997 he landed at Sykes, a business process outsourcer that provides call centers, technical support and customer service operations for Fortune 1000 companies. He joined the company as VP of Engineering, directing research and product development and defining Sykes' web-based support strategy. Since 2004, he has served as the company's Chief Information Officer.
