Biographical Summary

Dick is Managing Director of Information Technology Services for Commerzbank AG, the second-largest bank in Germany, headquartered in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany. Commerzbank is mainly active in commercial bank, retail banking and mortgages. He came to Commerzbank through its 2009 acquisition of British-based investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort, where he had held the same position since 2001. Little is known of Dick's background prior to joining Dresdner Kleinwort, though he appears to have spent his entire career in the financial services industry, including more than a decade at Swiss Bank, which UBS acquired in 1998.
