Biographical Summary

From 2009 until 2012, Menayas was Senior Vice President of Global Advertising Operations at Yahoo. He joined the Sunnyvale, California-based Internet corporation after five years at Symantec, where he led the transformation of its global customer support organization, resulting in much better levels of responsiveness and satisfaction. In his most recent position at Yahoo, Menayas led all advertising operations globally, commanding teams dedicated to creating innovative and repeatable ad formats and capabilities, scheduling and trafficking ads, looking after Yahoo's network and ecosystem, and managing the Small & Medium Business (SMB) Support Center. Prior to joining Symantec in 2004, Menayas - who is fluent in Greek - spent 24 years at IBM, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility and ultimately rose to Vice President of IBM Global Services.
