Biographical Summary

Kaminski in January 2012 was appointed Executive Vice President and Group Executive of the combined Dairy Foods Business - retail and foodservice divisions - at Land O'Lakes, one of the country's biggest producers of butter and cheese. Previously, Kaminski was EVP and Chief Operating Officer of the Arden Hills, Minnesota-based agricultural cooperative, a position he assumed in 2010. Kaminski joined Land O'Lakes as General Manager of Dairy Solutions in 2007, after a long career at General Mills, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility and ultimately rose to Vice President and General Manager. Kaminski also has been President and COO of Sparboe Foods, a privately held, national egg producer and marketer.
