Biographical Summary

For nearly a dozen years one of the top finance and strategic planning executives at Sun Microsystems, Denholm joined Juniper Networks in 2007 and is responsible for the Sunnyvale, California-based information technology and computer networking products company's finance, planning, real estate, information technology, business process re-engineering, field operations, investor relations, and internal audit functions. She also oversees Juniper's operational excellence programs, partnering with the executive team to ensure a uniform, efficient and scalable infrastructure for all of Juniper Networks. At Sun Microsystems, Denholm was most recently Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategic Planning, charged with Sun's corporate operating system and the global sales and service administration function. She also led Sun's business transformation initiative. Denholm had joined Sun in 1996 as Controller in her native Australia and New Zealand after a seven-year career at Toyota, also in finance - and also in Australia. Denholm began her career in 1984 at consultancy Arthur Andersen & Company (now Accenture).
