Biographical Summary
Food and beverage IT veteran Alber in February 2011 was appointed Chief Information Officer for MillerCoors, the joint venture formed in 2007 by Molson Coors Brewing Company and SABMiller to market all of their products in the United States. She leads strategic technology initiatives and oversees data centers, storage subsystems, core application infrastructure and integration. Before joining what is now the second-largest beer company in America, capturing nearly 30% of U.S. beer sales, Alber had been CIO at HJ Heinz, where she and her team led the company's worldwide business and system transformation change. Before landing at Heinz, Alberis worked at PepsiCo as Vice President of Enterprise Systems Readiness, Training and Development. During PepsiCo's 2001 merger with Quaker Oats, she was as Vice President of the Integration Management Office. Alber previously held leadership positions at Quaker Oats and SAP America.
