Biographical Summary

Dionisio is Chairman and CEO of AECOM, a $7-billion global provider of professional technical and management support services. A trained civil engineer, he has been with the company his entire career, since 1971. AECOM's 45,000 employees - including architects, engineers, designers, planners, scientists and managers - serve clients in 125 countries around the world. Prior to being appointed to his current role in 2005, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and earlier as the Chief Executive Officer and President of AECOM legacy operating company DMJM Harris. In his four decades with the company, Dionisio has helped advance its transportation and energy infrastructure business in the Americas. In addition, he oversaw the company's initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), which was one of the 10 largest NYSE listings for 2007, and one of the largest engineering industry IPOs of all time.
