Biographical Summary
deSouza is a tech prodigy who came to the US at age 16 to attend MIT. Growing up in the United Arab Emirates, he and his brothers got hooked on writing computer programs when they realized they could sell them many times over for their full value. He started his career as a consultant then went on to found two startups that were bought by Microsoft and Symantec, respectively. Today he heads up Symantec's Enterprise Products and Services and is one of the company's leading spokespersons on the company's strategy around user authentication and cloud computing.
