Biographical Summary
Reportedly well-connected to high-ranking democrats from Hilary Clinton to Vice President Joe Biden, Acheson was named General Counsel for Amtrak as part of a legal department restructuring in 2006. Previously Acheson worked in the Clinton Justice Department, where she was assistant attorney general in charge of the Office of Policy Development.
