Biographical Summary
Parodi started his career in store operations with Gap, Inc., where he stayed for nearly two decades. He came to American Eagle in 2004 and was promoted to EVP of Store Operations in 2009. He is responsible for more than 900 AEO stores in North America as well as a growing portfolio of aerie and 77 kids stores and new flagship stores in Dubai and Kuwait City.
