Biographical Summary

Dissinger joined Kellogg as an accounting supervisor in 1987 and held a variety of executive positions in finance for 14 years, including Manager of Cost Accounting and Finance Controller. In 2001, he was appointed Vice President and CFO of U.S. Morning Foods and promoted to VP of Corporate Financial Planning in 2004. Dissinger was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and is currently focused on helping Kellogg contain costs as rising commodity prices put a strain on margins.
