In February 2012, AmerisourceBergen announced the sudden departure of CFO Michael DiCandilo "to pursue other interests." The company said DiCandilo, 51, resigned effective immediately. DiCandilo had held various financial and operating roles at AmerisourceBergen (ABC) over his two-decade long career with the Company. In addition to overseeing the corporate finance functions as CFO, he also had oversight of the corporate information technology function, including the Company's Business Transformation ERP project and the supply chain function.
