Biographical Summary

After a five-year run as HP's head of Global Customer Intelligence, Dhore in August 2012 was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Data Scientist and Chief Data Officer at Equifax Inc., one of the three major U.S. consumer credit reporting agencies. Dhore is a CRM expert who pioneered using predictive modeling to reduce customer churn in the financial services industry. He started his career in database marketing at Time Inc. and spent more than a decade at Dreyfus, part of the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. He came to HP in 2007, where he focused on transforming the company's vast amounts of customer data into a format that drives customer intimacy and more effective sales and marketing programs.
