Biographical Summary
Voelker has been with Progressive for more than 25 years and has helped the company develop its reputation for cutting-edge technology. He joined Progressive in 1986 after earning an MBA and a degree in Computer Engineering and spent 15 years in Progressive's information technology division before being appointed Chief Information Officer in 2000. Since then, he has helped develop new technologies designed to give good driver's lower premiums, programs that have kept Progressive competitive with larger industry rivals.
