Biographical Summary

Alber was appointed Chief Information Officer of MillerCoors Brewing in February 2011 after six years of running IT at H.J. Heinz Company. She is responsible for providing executive vision and leadership in the development and implementation of robust information solutions across the company. At Heinz, which Alber joined in October 2005 as Vice President and CIO (she was later promoted to SVP, CIO and Global Program Management Officer), Alber and her team led a worldwide business and system transformation change. Before joining Heinz, Alber held leadership positions at PepsiCo, including VP of the company's Integration Management office. She also held a number of roles with Quaker Oats, including VP of Integrated Business Solutions. Alber also has worked at SAP America as Industry Segment Manager for its food and beverage sector.
