Biographical Summary

Wisconsin native Aaholm has more than two decades of experience in the logistics and %uA5C8%u05C5was still in school, dispatching local drivers. Today she is responsible for providing strategic direction for IT operations infrastructure and core operating applications across FedEx. While Aaholm's main focus is transforming how customers do business with FedEx, she also spends much of her time nurturing her internal customers, FedEx employees. She and FedEx CIO Rob Carter have instituted a job rotation program for IT employees and she also oversees the "Purple Pipeline" program, a professional development and training program for FedEx's most talented managers.
