Biographical Summary
A lifer in the hospitality business, Allen's career has included time at Marriott International and the Koo Koo Roo fast food chain. He retired from the position of CEO of OSI November 15, 2009 and remained Chairman of the Board until 2011. In January 2012 it was reported that he will remain as a consultant to help the company find acquisition and investment opportunities.
