Biographical Summary

Rasulo joined Walt Disney as a director in corporate planning and promptly worked his way up to the upper echelon of the the Company. During his more than 25 years there, he has developed a deep understanding of its brand and the complexities of the parks and resorts business. His long and impressive list of accomplishments includes: opening of a second Disney park in Europe and the first in Hong Kong, greatly improving the operating fortunes of Disneyland Paris, accelerating the expansion of both the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) and the Disney Cruise Line, green-lighting a host of cutting-edge park attractions and taking a number of creative steps to improve the overall Disney guest experience. In his current role, Rasulo oversees the Company's worldwide finance organization, corporate strategy and development, brand management, acquisitions, corporate alliances, investor relations, treasury and risk management activities, controller functions, information systems, corporate outreach, real estate and taxes.
